Terms of Service
The short version: we are a referral service, the independent contractor who attends is responsible for the work they perform, and any price given over the phone is an indication until the property has been seen.

Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any enquiry you make through it or by calling the number shown on it. By using the site or calling us, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this service is
Tustin Plumbing Line is a referral service. We take your call, work out what the problem is likely to be, and refer the job to an independent licensed plumbing professional serving your area. We do not perform plumbing work ourselves and we do not employ the contractors who attend. The contractor who arrives at your property contracts with you directly, and is solely responsible for the work performed, the pricing quoted, the materials used, the permits required and their own licensing, bonding and insurance.
You should satisfy yourself that any contractor is appropriately licensed before work begins. In California, licence status can be checked with the Contractors State License Board.
Estimates, pricing and scope
Any figure discussed on the phone is an indication based on what you have described, not a quotation. Prices, timescales and recommendations given before a site visit may change once the property has been seen, because plumbing problems are often only diagnosable in place. The contractor is responsible for giving you a firm price for the work they propose, and for telling you before proceeding if site conditions change that price. You are free to decline at that point.
Information on this site about causes, methods, materials, lifespans and likely costs is general guidance about typical properties in Tustin. It is not advice about your property and it is not a promise of any particular outcome.
Emergency work and urgent situations
We aim to answer every call at any hour, but response times depend on demand, traffic, access and the nature of the job, and cannot be guaranteed. In an emergency, take the immediate safety steps first: shut off the water at the main if water is escaping, and if you suspect a gas leak, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 before calling us.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the property, the problem and who is authorised to approve work.
- Confirm you have the right to authorise work at the address, including any consent needed from an owner, landlord or homeowners association.
- Provide safe and lawful access to the working area, and tell us in advance about dogs, tenants, gate codes or trading hours.
- Use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Third-party contractors and links
We select contractors in good faith, but we do not supervise their work and we make no warranty about it. Any dispute about work performed, pricing charged or damage caused is between you and that contractor, and we will provide the referral details we hold to help resolve it. This site may link to third-party pages such as utility providers or licensing bodies, and we are not responsible for their content.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tustin Plumbing Line is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of use, data, property, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or the referral service, or out of work performed by an independent contractor. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the referral service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for that referral. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Tustin Plumbing Line against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from inaccurate information you gave us, or from your lack of authority to approve work at an address.
Calls and communications
By calling us, or by asking for a call back, you consent to be contacted about your enquiry at that number. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training, and you will be told when that applies. How we handle the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
